CHALLENGE
To renovate 7 floors of the New York City headquarters consisting of both TIAA and Nuveen into a collaborative space to which workers will want to come.

SOLUTION
Created a center of gravity where employees can gather and introduce collaborative breakout nooks with lounge furniture to make the workspace feel comfortable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisted in schematic and design development ranging from selecting finishes, fixtures, furniture and lighting. Collaborated with architects in space planning, custom millwork details, and construction documents throughout all 7 floors. Worked with TIAA executives to ensure all office needs were met from hosting focus groups to daily client communication.

Developed all renderings and 3D imagery with Revit and Enscape.
